The tech team will support you in creating or fine tuning the presentations and ensure the slide show /deck is perfect and ready to go prior to the event.
Branding for a conference or Exhibition particularly in a blank canvas venue requires knowledge of the space and the graphics team at Lotus will provide a wide variety of signage solutions ranging from Press walls, Window graphic stickers and Large letters to LED signs, banners and Foamex boards. We will print and install the branding at the venue to transform the space into your desired look.
For Exhibitions, we will offer an array of different stand types for sponsors or exhibitors to then select the best scheme for their budget. The exhibitors will be fully supported with branding, power requirements, set up,lighting, stand furniture, carpets and Audio Visual needs such as plasma screens. Our team will be setting up the stands and have them ready on time before the arrival of client.
Lotus Events Executive Chef Richard will create the prefect Food & Drinks menu and our hospitable staff will provide a memorable service to delight guests and delegates. we can provide any type of menu format to include Three Course Dinners, Canapes; Bowl Food, Buffets; Street Food stalls; BBQ and Cafe style.
The look and feel of the event space is important and we will be sourcing and supplying all the furniture including chairs; tables, sofas, bar stools, bars and any other requirement. Detailed floor plans and event plans including all logistical information will be provided to give you a full understanding of how your event is going to be executed.
Guest and delegate accomodation requirements will be handled by our hotels partners and we will be able to provide quotes in advance for either block bookings of rooms or allowing individuals to book their own rooms. Hospitality staff and Guest badge management will be handled by our event staff.
